INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF PRODUCTION WASTE - a document that contains a list of all types of waste generated during the operation of the production, regulates the procedure for handling them. Officials are appointed to carry out the necessary actions. They are assigned certain responsibilities and functions. Waste management instructions are developed and approved for the legal entity as a whole, or separately for each of its subdivisions (separate) related to production waste. This category includes office premises, including organizations that transfer waste from their activities to the lessor.

STAGES OF DEVELOPING DOCUMENTATION

ADJUSTMENT SHOULD BE MADE IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

1. When changing the name of a legal entity, its location, the name, surname and patronymic of an individual entrepreneur, his place of residence, when reorganizing a legal entity, changing the place of activity, which relates to the management of industrial waste;

2.Changing the indicators of the allowable amount of industrial waste for transportation, as well as the frequency of export of industrial waste;

3. Introduction of amendments to the legislation regulating the procedure for waste management;

4. Making changes to the list of industrial waste intended for use, storage, neutralization, and disposal;

5. Making changes to the conditions and changing the places of storage of industrial waste;

6. In the case of construction, reconstruction, modernization, expansion, technical re-equipment, a change in the production profile of an individual entrepreneur or a legal entity, which leads to a change in the list of generated types of industrial waste and (or) when changing the regulated procedure for handling them.
