The "Environment Protection" (EP) section is an integral and mandatory part of project documentation for construction, expansion, reconstruction, etc. economic or industrial facility.
The section is developed as part of the design documentation for the construction of facilities in accordance with the requirements of the "Instructions on the procedure for the development, approval, approval and composition of design documentation for the construction of enterprises, buildings and structures", SNiP 11-01-95.
Pre-project and design documentation for new construction, modernization or reconstruction of existing facilities in accordance with applicable law must include an environmental protection section (EP). The development of the Environmental Protection section is carried out in accordance with the norms and on the basis of the Law of Turkmenistan "On Nature Protection" (2014) and the Law of Turkmenistan "On Environmental Expertise" (2014). Lack of environmental protection in the project.
The main task of developing environmental protection is to assess the location of the projected object in terms of the ecological state and conduct an analysis with subsequent conclusions about the possibility of functioning and location of the designed object. In addition, the result of the study should be a forecast of changes in the environment from the impact of the facility both at the construction stage and during operation.
Development is carried out on the basis of an approved feasibility study for construction, schemes and projects of regional planning of cities and towns, schemes of master plans for industrial facilities, taking into account the requirements of territorial schemes for nature protection, basin schemes for the integrated use and protection of water resources, as well as engineering materials -environmental surveys carried out for the preparation of the project.
The section "Environmental Protection" (EP) deals with environmental safety issues in connection with the planned economic activity. It will contain design developments for the protection of the environment with elements of environmental regulation (PDV, VAT, PNOOLR, SPZ projects), which must be taken into account when designing, implementing and monitoring planned economic activities.
