Development is carried out on the basis of an approved feasibility study for construction, schemes and projects of regional planning of cities and towns, schemes of master plans for industrial facilities, taking into account the requirements of territorial schemes for nature protection, basin schemes for the integrated use and protection of water resources, as well as engineering materials -environmental surveys carried out for the preparation of the project.
The section "Environmental Protection" (EP) deals with environmental safety issues in connection with the planned economic activity. It will contain design developments for the protection of the environment with elements of environmental regulation (PDV, VAT, PNOOLR, SPZ projects), which must be taken into account when designing, implementing and monitoring planned economic activities.
