WHO SHOULD OBTAIN AN EMISSION PERMIT:
Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, whose economic activity is related to the emission of pollutants into the atmospheric air, are required to obtain a permit from the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan for emissions of pollutants (hereinafter referred to as pollutants) into the atmospheric air.
Obtaining a permit for the emission of pollutants into the atmosphere is necessary when the user of natural resources operates stationary sources of emissions in cases where the emission of pollutants into the atmospheric air is:
1. More than 0.1 tons per year, regardless of the chemical composition;
2. Emissions contain pollutants classified in accordance with the procedure established by the Ministry of Health to the first class of hazardous pollutants, in the amount of more than 0.0001 tons per year.
PROCEDURE FOR ISSUING EMISSION PERMITS:To obtain a permit, the applicant, or his representative, submits the following documents to the relevant authority of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan:
1. Draft standards for permissible emissions into the atmosphere (for operated stationary sources);
2. Act of inventory of sources of emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere;
3. Environmental passport of the project as part of the project documentation, a positive conclusion of the environmental review (for sources being commissioned);
AIR EMISSION PERMISSIONSSpecialists of IE "Kanagatly onum" will undertake the development and maintenance of the entire package of documents necessary to obtain a permit:
1. Act of inventory of sources of emissions of pollutants into the air;
2. Draft standards for permissible emissions and (or) temporarily permissible emissions of pollutants into the air;
3. Carrying out the calculation of the dispersion of pollutants in the program UPRZA "EKOLOG";
4. Development of the ecological part of the project.
